Return / Refund Policy


In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement w ithin 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to admin @dailythingswork.com. If the case is deemed valid, DailyThingsWork will cover related cost to deliver a replacement.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Free Product

We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, w ithin 24 hours of making their purchases and  before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Buyers are allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed only if their orders are not processed yet. For sales items, no cancellation is allowed. 


No returns/exchanges allowed for sale items.
